Kevin Schreur

Kevin (28) joined DOC Kaas eighteen months ago and currently works in the Occupational Health and Safety (Arbo), Environment and Energy department where he works on continuous improvement. “Colleagues at DOC Kaas have both feet on the ground, really down-to-earth. I like that. You are given a lot of freedom, responsibility and trust within the company. I am able to take my own initiative, for example in looking for solutions to problems. In addition, the organisation is really committed to its employees and gives them personal attention. Listening to people’s wishes and looking for solutions together is what characterises DOC Kaas for me.”
